The week is devoted to being in the deep woods at the most perfect time of summer – while at the same time gathering, carving, cooking, making – creating new systems for an environmentally sensitive process for works on paper. We are making paper with cattails from our pond, experimenting, and collecting from this magical site to transform into printed matter.
Several years ago, one of our colleagues donated an old Litho-Press. We have been waiting for the right time to make this gorgeous object operational.
We invite your creative hearts and minds to come play with us, working together in discovery, implementation, transformation for new possibilities for this machine to function in the 21st century!
